"New and Advance Technology"

I picked the article featuring one of the top leading, technology companies called Sybase. Sybase has been for over 20 years creating technology that innovates our world of how we use technology such as developing and integrating software solutions, and how we enable the use and application of the data web base server. Most of the world’s data and information runs on the Sybase system.
Just, recently Sybase, decided to add an Apple Iphone support system, so, we, the customers can be allow to enable the use of the Lotus Domino email servers through a secure and risk free environment. Which means that we, the customers, would be allowed to exchange emails and information without the hassle of worrying about if the information, I sent would be stolen, received by someone else, or misuse for improper actions that can cause serious damages or problems.

If Sybase decided not to use this knowledge management software it would be one of the biggest security risks for everybody. That means that the software won’t or can’t be used to reduce the security risks of emailing by restricting things like email attachments , preventing other users to access the servers, and removing valuable information, business or personal, from a device.

We, the customers, would lose other benefits such as, having email available for offline usage and securing access to contact data. Personally, the choice to me is obvious, we, need to keep this type of knowledge management software, for the protection of transmitting our information to others and the security and protection that it will provide us, the users, for the usage of this software and it has plenty of good features that we can use, I’m always for the improvement of how we use technology, we can’t stay behind, we have to move up with the times.

Many people believe that data and information are the same, which in reality is not true. The slight difference is that data are facts or pieces of information collected through observation. Information is the result of organizing, processing, and interpreting data, and putting together those pieces into facts that are useful. Data and information go hand in hand, one needs the other to complete an experiment or observation, the slight difference is data is limited in its facts and information allows a more in-depth interpretation of the facts.
