Since then, I've come to realize the difficulty that is encountered by trying to produce a website that can handle the requirements and demands of an incredibly large base of owners and properties, and still present each property with a unique listing that properly showcases and highlights it's strong points.

About a month ago I came across VacationRentalsClub.com, Vacation Rentals with a difference and was incredibly impressed by the amount of features that they offer on their website. from the ability to have video and upload your own holiday videos, the property reviews to the Walk Score feature, and the great features offered to owners as well. They have clearly thought everything out and have developed what I believe to be one of the top 2-3 vacation rental websites online.

Having spoken with the owners I found out it took two years to develop and complete the project and cost a considerble sum, but I think it was money well spend as you can see how good the site really is and the features it offers it's visitors.

Some of the other great features are you can broadcast your vacations, upload videos, read and write reviews, while browsing thousands of rental properties from around the planet
