10 Ways to Light Up your Home- You should try it you know!

Home Sweet Home, well we love saying that, and almost all the time its in an abstract meaning. We just love the idea being at home.

What if you decide to liven up and provide that pretty nest of yours a makeover, what would you think of doing.

Well, here are 10 things that I would suggest to make your home an even more cool place to be.

1. Get A Fireplace-Now, there are many ways in which you can get a fireplace, from inexpensive ways to really expensive ways. But a Fireplace does give you something to look forward to when your away, and is a really great place to unwind.

2. Keep Changing the setting of the furniture once in a while- Change is good at times, by changing the position of your furniture, you don't get fixed to the same look.

3. Lights- Get all types of lighting system for your place, if you're really hell bent about looking after your money, get candles, or use the lighting system for really special times.

4. Carpets- You can add carpets to the floor, it gives a really whole new look and feel to your nest.

5. Gardening- If you've a garden already, then well and good. If you don't have space for it, then buy potted plants and spread them around.

6. Get Paintings or Paste Wallpapers- If you've the moolah, go for the real ones, or buy the replicas and hang them around. Or paste wallpapers that would be different too.

7. Add a Surround System- There is nothing like music, so get a surround system, so that for any important occasion, you can have music playing for you.

8. Paint- Yes, change the Paint! And don't just use any type, or the really boring colors, get your children involved, and have varied paints for different rooms.

9. Take care of all the little issues- Its time to do it, and there is no point in prolonging it. Fix all the little glitches that you have, like, you know, the lights that don't work anymore, the pipe that always works and so and so forth.

10. Be Mad - Get add ons, that would add to your nest. Enhancements like- a bean bag, an aquarium, a pet, and so on.

In the end, nothing beats just being happy with your family, so be patient and understanding and any home becomes a heaven on earth!
