10 tips to get 6 pack abs easily

You do not need to spend hours at the gym to get a 6-pack. Check out these 10 tips and most importantly.....Take action!

1. Do not have 3 big meals that will make your stomach balloon. Prefer 4 or 5 lighter ones that will help you go through the day without ever having the feeling of being hungry at any stage.

2. Prefer boiling over frying. It would avoid heaps of bad calories.

3. You'd be better off eating a big meal before 8am so that your body can have plenty of time to burn off the extra intake throughout the day. The earlier you eat, the greater chance you have to burn off that extra intake.

4. Do not fall for Junk food and soda!!! Those are the worst food you can eat as your intake of calories will skyrocket!

5. Snack healthy: Instead of snacking on these chocolate biscuits or lollies, snack on cucumber and lemon lime, it's yummy!

6. Never shop on an empty stomach. You will buy too much food.

7. Eat Breakfast: it will you from compensating later on.

8. Eat Mustard: It is a low-calorie food and it adds taste.

9. Try not to eat aspartame: It will make you want more sugary things.

10. Be organized: do 5mn of workout everyday instead of doing 50mn once a week.

Those tips are very basic and easy to follow. Once again the key element in your success is...motivation! So take the step, display motivational quotes all over your room and....do it!
