Hunger is our body signal to warn us that it need energy. It is a good thing when it occurs in that respect. However It can be a negative signal when it make us eat more than we should; that is overeating. If we do not control all this, at the end of the day, this will result in weight gain for us. In fact one of the, most difficult challenges facing most people when trying to lose weight is to control their hunger. Only once you have learn to control your hunger urges will you be on your first steps to a successful weight loss plan. 1.Appetite Suppressants: Basically Appetite Suppressants are drugs, artificially formulated or naturally formulated to help a person to curbs their hunger pangs to so that they can lose weight. Many of these drugs have harmful side effects and most of them are ineffective literally. Personally, the only appetite suppressant which I would recommend is Hoodia. First of all, this is an all natural drug derived from a cactus found grown mostly in South Africa and Namibia. Secondly, it has proven to work for me. As such I will recommend that you resort to Hoodia rather then other Diet Pills which contains stimulants like caffeine or any other artificial chemicals. Hoodia can be found in many forms: you can find it in the form of tablets as well as powder. I don't know about others, but for me, the powdered form has worked best. What I would do is just take one teaspoonful of the powdered Hoodia in a cupful of water, and mix a little bit of lemon juice to it! Now if you are tongue-sensitive (that is, if you like only tasty foods) then I am not sure if you will be able to follow my suggestion. That is because this mixture tastes very bad and I had to literally force myself to drink it. Even though the formulation tasted horrible, You will be able to to on fasting for days and not feel any hunger at all. This is because the Hoodia, really suppress your hunger pangs. 2.View positively about hunger pangs. It is not any form of Punishment or something that you should dread. They are just signals that your body is reacting with the detox drink and is slowly purging all the harmful toxins out from your body system. Once all the toxins are purged, weight loss will follow naturally. If you can stand to control your hunger for 2 weeks approximately, you are on your way to losing weight comfortably. However, please note that you should not fast more than two weeks. If you still continue to fast after two weeks, you might end up being anorexic. The important thing is to ensure that you adopt a good lifestyle and not go back to the same bad habits which cause you to gain weight in the first place.
