3. The best exercise for losing the weight and burning the calories is cardio or aerobic exercises. One should always work for minimum of 3-4 times in a week for minimum of 30 minutes. Aerobic exercises include various types of exercises like jogging, dancing and walking which help in increasing the rate of metabolism and hence enhance weight loss.
