A World of Miracles And Car Engines That Use Water For Fuel

Just daydreaming about how the world would function if I were the decider!
You can probably help me out here but here are some things I thought of.
For every dollar that you spend you get back two. That would be how finances would work in my perfect world.
When you did your laundry you would find all your lost socks and underwear that still fit.
When you drove down the street all the cars pull over and let you by as if you were an ambulance
Airplanes would be made of rubber so that if they crashed on the ground or into buildings they would just bounce.
The only way to become rich would be to help everyone that you know as much as possible.
And vehicles would run on water for fuel so one wouldn’t have to pay for gas and wouldn’t have to wonder if they were damaging the environment by driving to the office.
And women would swoon when you sang no matter how shrill you might be…
Uh… wait a moment, let me go back to the previous one I mentioned… the one about water for car fuel… uh… we have that one already. I have to scratch that off the list because we already have that in this present crazy world that we live in!
Maybe not completely but certainly partially.
You probably would not have known about that so let me fill you in.
Using just a mason jar, some wires, distilled water and baking soda you can swiftly assemble and install a device into your car or truck that will put hydrogen into your gasoline mixture and enable your car to run smoother, cleaner, cooler and happier and you will be happier because you will use 1/3 or so less gas than you do now.
