Dotan have been into garment dye industry whereas Osi is busy in Israel in the advertising field. Several years after, Osi eventually joined Dotan in the United States. She works hand in hand with Dotan in the dye industry at Pacific Blue Inc. This company, Gypsy 05 clothing, is famous in fashion for it's design sensibility as well as its unique manufacturing method and the use of colors.

After few years of intensive studies, they have come up with the idea of the demand of a more unique fabric that new trend of apparels. With their experience, they took advantage of it and created a competition over Osis creative visions of life. The creation of Gypsy 05 was introduced. Setting the environment as a motivation, natives of Los Angeles, Osi centered its style to nature which could be enhanced with fashion and the free will of every loyal customer to patronize their dresses bringing the positive stance in life. It is also an eco friendly process of making clothing, and Gypsy 05 makes their clothing out of sustainable organic fabrics.

The labels claim to fame is the Gypsy 05 organic maxi dress, which comes in great colors like plum (purple) and cantelope (yellow). The dress is cut in a deep v neck with a low back as well. The shoulders are twisted and the empire dress falls straight to the ground.
