Creative Ideas for Baby Showers Your Guests Will Love

From cousins, aunts, sisters, nieces, sisters in law, and friends, you could say I have many women in my family. So as you can imagine, I've been to a lot of different baby showers. But one of the most gorgeous and brilliant baby showers was one I went to recently.

Since they used completely new ideas for baby showers, they made something truly special. For example, while they brought gifts for the baby, they also brought gifts just for the mother. Since the mother was able to get some well deserved pampering, I thought that was pretty special.

But the cake was one of the greatest ideas. Instead of making one big cake, they made tiny individual cakes for each guest. The little cakes were made part of a game. There was a little plastic baby in one of them. A prize went to whoever found the baby.

This made things a little more interesting, and they used several different designs for the cakes. One of my favorite things about the baby shower was how they decorated. See, the mother to be chose not to find out the sex of her baby, so they couldn't decorate the usual pink or blue.

Their entire room had cute little sayings like, "Mommy's Little Princess or Daddy's Little Quarterback?" There were a bunch of beautiful posters printed out with sayings like that. They even featured princess crowns and footballs!

This event had some of the best ideas for baby showers I have ever seen, and it was one of the best baby showers I've ever been to. If you need some new ideas, try using some of the ones from this party. Have fun celebrating the pending arrival of your newest loved one!
