Situated in tropical West Africa, the oil rich state of Nigeria is the regional superpower and abundant in natural resources. Nigeria is naturally blessed with beautiful landscape, rich culture, festivals of great historical antecedents, hotels and natural resorts, which are the bedrocks of the tourism industry. What makes Nigeria difficult to unite into a single republic is surprisingly also its attraction; and that is the 250 different peoples, languages, histories, and religions. The attractions in Nigeria include: Bar Beach – Bar Beach, also known as Victoria Beach, is the most popular beach among Nigerians and is located on Victoria Island. Tarkwa Bay – This beach provides a pleasant outing with safe swimming conditions, even for small children and is situated along the Lagos harbor. Kpambo and Fikiyu mysterious Rocks - The rocks are believed to move from one village to another at a particular time of the year and are found in Kpambo and Fikiyu village in Taraba state. Zuma Rock – It is situated along Abuja-Kaduna expressway and is undeniably one of Nigeria’s most famous landmarks. As far as food is concerned, Nigeria has different foods available depending on the season and the area. Fruits, however, are enjoyed year-round.
