Stress may have a lot of different effects on our bodies, but only one of them is really deadly dangerous: high blood pressure. While high blood pressure does not need to be an effect of stress, this is the most common reason - and the potentially deadly effects of high blood pressure are too well-known to discuss them here. If you feel stressed, think about problems that cause it. Is it really worth endangering your very life for an increase in salary or a better car? High blood pressure may end in a heart attack and a painful death - and there is simply nothing worth it. You simply have to solve it once and for all. Talk with someone about your problems and make sure you will have some assistance and backup when you start actually coping with what haunts you. You can also ask your family doctor for a piece of advice. First, he knows a lot of tips and tricks (ones that really work) that may help you cope with stress. Then, he is able to give you prescription-only pills that will allow you to calm down and increase your chances for finding and coping with the source of your problems. If you hope to impregnate your life against stress, you have to apply another way of thinking: instead of thinking about negatives and be worried about even the smallest things, you have to keep your mind on the target and be a little more relaxed about the details. This is not about right or wrong, adopting objective or subjective look at the situation. It is about you are going to live happily until you're eighty or have a heart attack in your thirties. We are all stressed. A lot. However, some of us can cope with such situation much better than everyone else. Those are people who spend some time relaxing and thinking about their own lives and the world around them. They try not to worry about things they can't do a thing about and concentrate on those that can be helped. They are the leaders, millionaires and happy people at the same time. They do not waste their time on thinking about problems that can't be solved. They don't worry, but find solutions instead. You can be one of those people, too. You only have to learn how to cope with your stress.
