The autoresponder will have a web form you can create from their website. When you plug this code into your site you will either get a block of text with a form that will allow someone to subscribe, a popup, or an exit popup depending on what options you decided on.

Then, when someone subscribes they will be put into your database with your autoresponder. You can create as many emails as you want in your autoresponder to automatically be sent to your new subscribers. Once it is created your work is done.

The second thing you need to do is realize that you cannot over sell to your subscribers. Three emails a week maximum is a good rule of thumb, unless you are giving away a free 8 day classor something like that.

The last thing you have to realize is that if you constantly promote to your list without giving them any useful content for them you will lose readers very quickly and end up losing subscribers. You have to give them some content.

It is easy to give them content anyway. Just go to a free article directory and search for a related article or two a week to suggest that they read. You could also give them a free eBook download as well.
