You should also consider a weekly face mask and you can make this yourself with avocado and olive oil. Adding oil to your skin on a regular basis will help to soften it up and reduce the dryness of your skin. There are other things that you can do to improve the situation that are more general. It is important that you drink plenty of water and remain hydrated this will help to prevent your skin from drying out. In order to keep your skin looking fresh and clean you should make sure you include plenty of fruit and vegetables in your diet.
