Situated in the Tatra mountains the area is popular with skiiers in the winter as well as mountain walkers in the summer. Zakopane provides investment potential and enjoyment all in one area.

The city has a beautiful old town coupled with a bustling modern business district that is at the centre of Poland's thriving economy. The city has parks, restaurants, theatres and everything you would expect of a big city.

Poznan is a city in the west of Poland that is only a couple of hours from Berlin by train. The city is an up and coming financial centre in Poland with a property market that is rising in value rapidly. The Polish lake district of Warmia Mazury in the north of Poland and the largest city in this area Olsztyn provides beautiful scenery with large lakes and beautiful countryside. This area is a great location for a holiday home and the city of Olsztyn is a prime area for property investment as prices are rising but have started from a lower base compared with other Polish cities.
