Jessica Alba and Other Hollywood Actresses Look Good Skinny

I think it is funny when I hear negative comments about skinny Hollywood actresses like Angelina Jolie or Jessica Biel. I think people put these gorgeous women down to feel better about themselves. Obviously it takes a lot of work to stay thin and healthy and most people just don't want to do what it takes to look this good.

Skinny Women are Beautiful Despite What is Trendy Now

I'm not afraid to admit it. I really believe that women look wonderful when they are thin. They look wonderful in clothes. Their faces look better. I believe that skinny women look healthier than the so called "curvy" women.

A Woman Can Be Skinny and Still Have an Womanly Body

A lot of people say that when a woman gets too thin she "loses her curves". I disagree! A woman with too much fat hides all the feminine features. A womans hip structure is blurred a bit with too much body fat. When her waist is small, her hips stand out more and when she has lean thighs it makes her butt look better.

Being Skinny is Totally Unhealthy

Really? Then why do university studies prove that animals who keep at a lower body weight significantly outlive animals at a higher body weight? It is popular to say that being thin is unhealthy...does that mean it is correct?

We Don't Want Overweight Girls to Have a Low Self Esteem

What message do we want to send girls? Get fat and "curvy" because being in shape in unhealthy. I realize that it is easier to get fat than it is to stay in shape and look good. Do we tell girls this, because we believe they will be fat someday and we don't want them to get down on themselves? If anything, we need to teach these girls how to be fit and healthy.

Thin and Fit Actresses Are Setting a Great Example for Women to Follow

There is nothing wrong with the so called "curvy" actresses like Salma Hayek, or Scartlett Johansson (when compared to the average woman...these actresses are skinny anyway). I guess I'm going to take a stand and defend the skinnier ones...Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Angelina Jolie, etc. Hopefully they keep on setting a great example.
