It's not Affiliate Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing There are absolutely no transactions in Investment, Securities or Business involved. One concept is most who gift follow a step by step plan in an orderly fashion. You are familiar with the saying, "As you give, so shall you receive." "You reap what you sow", is really true here. Lastly, is it legal to gift money?
In fact, organized giving has been practiced by individuals as well as church and civic groups for more than 300 years. Exchanging gifts is a legally supported act, supported by laws. Americans have the right to make money, pay their taxes, and give away their property. They just have to do it within the limits of the law. That is why we have the Preamble, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. They protect our right to manage our property as we see fit within reason.
In America and Canada, the people have the right to manage their property as they see fit, as long as they do so within the law of the land. This concept makes the notion of private gifting possible. The U.S. The IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, contains the pertinent rules on gifting.
The law allows any individual to gift as much as $11,000 per calendar year to another individual without incurring any tax liability because the tax on the gifted amount is considered to have been paid already. The gifts referred to here aren't considered as part of the receiver's gross income.

Hopefully this has cleared up some things in regards to Money Gifting Programs. I realize the one I'm part of is seven years old. It is my opinion that Money Gifting Programs are appropriate for hards times only, and not to be exploited. You definitely won't be able to find a YouTube video of me opening presents.
