Job Requirements:

* Networking skills
* Ability to build relationships between our company and potential clients in New Jersey, whether residential or commercial applications.
* Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Processes
* Marketing / Sales background , Some Decorating Knowledge
* Computer communication skills
* Modifying and enhancing your connections for our services, being well-connected connotes success and influence--the kind of cache every serious professional seeks to achieve. Being able to consider every opportunity, a chance to create a career-building relationship to increase your income.
* Ability in converting prospects into viable clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Generate sales leads
* Good communication skills
* Implementing a unique style and creativity to describe the unique services and excellent prices our company offers on it's services
*Overcome rebuttals, gain the confidence and interest in the prospective client, so you can preset the appointments for our Designer(s) to offer a Free Consultation anywhere in the entire State of new Jersey. Out of state consultations ( if applicable , if available )

Requirement:

* Have a natural outgoing personality that connects with people immediately.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
* Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
