Nokia announced that a judge of the ITC or International Trade Commission questioned an Initial Determination in Nokia’s favor for the deed brought by the corporation Qualcomm against them alleging a patent violation. No infringement or violation was found by the judge regarding the three Qualcomm patents asserted. also, the patent’473 was determined and found to be invalid.

This decision verifies that there are no significant GSM copyrights of Qualcomm existing. Qualcomm’s unsuccessful attempt just deceived together with the telecommunications industry and obviously, Nokia.
