Panic Attacks is a kind of stress disorder which is a very common problem today. The stress and the excess pressure on your mind and body can occur in Panic Attack. You are so suffocated and miserable that you almost feel death and all this goes on for some minutes, the most frightening minutes of your life, after which you feel alright. After a Panic Attack you tend to stay away from your family and friends, you stop socializing, you feel depressed and you are under a continous terror of getting Panic Attacks further. Stress is the main reason of Panic Attack and if you have a lot of stress in your life then you might suffer severe panic attacks. Panic is a fear that arises because of silly reasons like when are getting delayed for office, or we are caught in a traffic and we have to reach somewhere urgently, monetary stress or stress due to family and society troubles etc.. We should relax and should not let our body to react to this condition, our mind needs to be relaxed so that we are away from worries that disturb us. Prevent such conditions that lead to stress, like leave home a little early to reach office on time, take a different way if you get caught in the traffic, limit your expenditures and save money to prevent monetary crisis, solve family hassles in a decent manner etc.. Hence by decreasing pressure you can avoid Panic Attacks. Panic Attacks are actually beared because of troubled emotions that make you feel low and unhappy. It is your mental state that is triggered and to ease and soothe your mind try meditation that controls your mind and body, it helps to bring in healing energy, you feel fresh and high. Yoga helps to relax your body and assists in proper blood circulation, keeps you externally fit and happy, you never feel sad and dull, you become active and lively. These are the natural methods to avoid stress and avoid Panic Attacks. Anyhow, in severe cases you must ask a Doctor or even a psychiatrist, who might give you some medicines and tranquilizers that calm your mind, and hence relax you from strain. Adopt a better lifestyle, go for a morning walk, join a laughter club, or try to socialize around with people by doing this your mind is free and relaxed. You are free from stress and hence the possibilities of Panic Attacks are decreased greatly.
