As you think about your budget and plan your marketing campaign, you want to include Voice Broadcasting as part of your strategy. But be clear that not all voice broadcasting fee schedules are the same. As you do your research, you’ll find numerous companies charging within a range from a nickel to two dimes per minute for voice broadcasting calls. These prices sound very affordable, but be warned. I’m here to tell you not to pay per minute for your voice broadcasting campaign when you are first getting started. If you happen to be one of those few copy gurus blessed with the ability to hit just the right message within a very short space of time, getting your message across and closing the deal within that space, then a per minute fee contract is probably a good call — pardon the pun. But if you’re like the rest of us hardworking mortals, we’re not that sophisticated; the per call fee schedule is a better play. As a novice advertiser and small business owner, you should choose a voice broadcasting provider who charges by the call. In the end, this is a better money management plan. You can budget for a possible maximum number of calls that you’ll need to pay for, but you may end up paying for less depending on whether your campaign includes leaving a message or live answers only. The per-call choice makes for clear and simple tracking and billing. Based on the call list and the type of Voice Broadcasting campaign you choose, you’ll easily know how many calls were successfully achieved. Those are the only ones you pay for no matter the length of each call. That’s the way we do it here at XMVoice! It’s fair and simple, just the way doing business should be. After you have read my book and after you have a few campaigns under your belt, then and only then should you try a ‘press one only’ campaign with per minute billing. I will explain this to you in greater detail next week. Put us to work for you. You can find more voice broadcasting tips in “The Magic Button.” Click here for your free copy.
