Straight, Gay, and Lesbian Blogs: Signs That Your Partner Is Cheating On You

Whether your relationship is old or new, lesbian, heterosexual, or gay, there are certain telltale signs that may mean that the one who is supposed to be loyal to you is straying. Although there is of course no set list of requirements , these little signs can hint at disaster on the horizon for your relationship.

First of all, if your partner is cheating on you, he or she will probably be very protective of certain things, like their cell phone for sure. Suddenly he is making sure his phone is on him at ALL times, and suddenly she has locked her computer and email accounts with a password. If you question him or her about it, chances are pretty good that they will get defensive about it all. The red flag goes up when suddenly she has locked you out of gadgets you had access to in the past.

Another common change for those who are cheating is a sudden increase in the attention that she pays the way she looks. Constant grooming, putting on the make up to run to the store are signs that usually will raise an eyebrow. Not only that, but if your guy suddenly sports new cologne to run to the gas station, there may be more stink than just the cologne going on. On a similar note, if your dude or your girl suddenly is shaving their area without you requesting it, perhaps it is because he or she is spending more time naked…when they are not with you.

Many people in a relationship find that when one person is cheating on the other, that person becomes quick to become suspicious of the innocent partner. It is interesting, but many people actually accuse others of doing the very thing that they themselves are guilty of. Another thing to watch out for is if you get answers to simple questions that are long, drawn out, and elaborate.

Too many unrequested details might trigger a red alert.
Finally, if you suspect your girl or guy of being unfaithful, pay attention to the way they smell in the evening as opposed to the way they smelled when they left the house that morning. Is he or she wearing a different cologne or perfume? Does their skin reek of an unfamiliar soap? If your partner is coming home after work smelling like a soap other than what is at the gym or what is in your home, perhaps it is because he or she is showering at someone else s house!

Although there are many other signs that your partner may be cheating, you may notice all of the previously mentioned ones or you may notice none of them. Either way just remember that not every relationship will face any or all of these things, so just use your gut instinct and go from there.
