They say the biggest marketing crime is not knowing who your buyers are if you do not know who they are, you cannot communicate with them. In my opinion THE biggest marketing crime “is knowing who your customers are but failing to communicate regularly with them.” I have spent days myself agonising over the best way to communicate with you and other potential customers how refreshingly different and unique espire marketing are and how we stand out from the rest of the marketing industry. Trying to explain all the services and products we provide and that we really do offer a Total Marketing Solution package giving you “Solutions not Problems” is a difficult task for anyone. I have considered sending you brochures and information cd’s through the post or perhaps even sending a carefully crafted letter on expensive company letter head, maybe even a flier or a fax with an offer so “eye catching” you can’t resist calling us for more information. I even considered sending a free gift (a lovely espire key ring) but after long consideration and ignoring advice from colleagues and leading marketing “Gurus” I have decided against all the good advice and “guaranteed” ways of capturing a customer’s attention, in my own no frills way I am going to tell you who we are, what we offer and what we stand for.
